Dinner at The Asquith, Birmingham

Sarah:
Poached quail, sweet corn and chorizo mayonnaise, poached egg yolk, watercress
Poached and roasted lemon sole, Jerusalem artichoke purée, glazed baby onion and little gem, hazelnut sabayon
Caramel chocolate creme fraiche truffle, banana sorbet, caramelised banana

Donal:
Brixham scallops, leek and potato velouté, leek fondue, bacon crumble
Cornish lamb two ways, cutlet and roasted shoulder, carrot and potato gratin, baby carrots
Selection of British cheeses and crackers
